WAYS TO GIVE
FAQS

1. Is Paradise Children’s Foundation (“PCF”) a registered charity?

Yes! On March 24th, 2009, the Government of the Bahamas licensed the Paradise Children’s Foundation as a not-for-profit corporation. The goals and objectives of the Foundations include but are not limited to:
  • promoting charitable projects for the general benefit of children residing in The Commonwealth of The Bahamas;
  • promoting the education, health and welfare of minors in the Bahamas, who through their social and economic circumstances, are in need of some type of assistance.

2. Why should I support PCF? Why donate to PCF vs. giving directly to the organization?

PCF‘s goal is to improve the lives of children in the Bahamas to ensure a better and brighter future. The PCF supports various charities and non-profits that have this common goal. Every dollar that is raised by the Foundation goes towards this cause. PCF provides added value to donors by vetting each and every charity benefiting from a grant, provides funds to those charities through the direct purchase of assets needed, and ensures each and every dollar you donate goes directly to those in need. Additionally, PCF receives donations from a larger number of resources, therefore having a greater impact to those in need.

3. Can I direct my donation to a specific organization?

Absolutely, as long as the donation is specific to supporting children’s initiatives. Just let us know in writing and PCF will ensure your donation goes to the organization of your choice.

4. How can I support PCF?

You can support PCF by:
a) Write a check payable to the ‘Paradise Children’s Foundation’ and email us at together@ParadiseChildrensFoundation.org for pick up.
b) Wire transfer funds directly to PCF
c) Donate used items. Please email us at together@paradisechildrensfoundation.org to determine current needs.
